π The Sky is Not Our Limit β Support Team Rise!
Rise is a student rocketry team from the University of Twente and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Our mission is to push the boundaries of sustainable rocketry and educate the next generation of engineers in the space sector. This year, over 40 passionate students from diverse backgrounds are working together on exciting projects such as:
Building TINAv2! launching TINA for the second time with improvements.
Developing our own biofuel using bees wax!
Testing our version one of our hybrid engine TITAN!
Designing our next generation rocket (name tbd).
Designing and building our next generation hybrid rocket engine Phoenix.
Our long-term dream is to contribute to the future of space exploration - while pioneering solutions that make rocketry more sustainable by developing a self landing reusable rocket, propelled by biofuel called Alpha.
As you can see our ambitions are big and unavoidably all this development and testing costs money. Therefore we kindly ask for a contribution to our mission. Every donation matters β whether itβs big or small, it helps us buy materials, run experiments, and build the rockets that will carry us higher. Together, we can make a real impact. Furthermore, our cosy little office, is becoming way too little for the growing team.
